If you've been there, you know I'm retired, worked in the electronics side of scientific instruments (think spectrometers, electron microscopes... all those fun instruments you can't get your hands on for less than a couple hundred thousand) and medical research (implanting micro-electronics in blind people's eyes to give sight), have a few patents under my belt.
