Woot. Another essay about myself. Lessee... I'm a work-at-home software developer (okay, GEEK) and a single dad, driven bonkers by staring into the souls of machines all day. I keep odd hours -- my hours -- and would love to find somebody up at 3 in the morning when I'm wide awake.
I'm also a writer (horror, SF, fantasy, general absurdity) and a voracious reader. I love movies, all genres, and miss the shared experience of watching something wonderful with good company... or engaging full-on MST3K mode when warranted.
I'm funny, quick-witted, good-looking, and absolutely devoted to my friends.
And that's the problem... I don't have many friends. The work-at-home deal is a dream come true (workin' in mah jammies) but it can be a lonely existence. I'd like to meet a clever -- dare I say it? -- geek girl who matches me in my passion for technology and where it's leading us.
Smart girls are sexy. Everything else is negotiable.
