In January 2010, I went with a friend to Castillo San Marcos, in St. Augustine, Florida, the oldest city in the United States. We both felt as if we were being watched--and not by tourists. I walked into a chapel and saw a white flag appear and reappear. We heard cannon being fired that been fired in centuries. I saw a woman in 18th century dress with dark hair standing on the battlements at the top of the fort. If that isn't paranormal phenomena, I don't know what is!
